Nice compact egg cooker that works great, we go through a mass of eggs each week with boiled eggs being one of the favourites and I was looking for something to make the cooking process a bit easier without being another huge gadget taking up loads of room in the kitchen and taking ages to clean, this seemed ideal.
It arrived in a nice BESTEK branded box well secured between cardboard holding forms with the instruction manual on the top and all the other parts needed inside the egg cooker, I gave the manual a good read before setting it up and found it to be good clear and easy to follow including diagrams linked to descriptions and instructions.
Once I had read the manual it was time to give it a go, I tested it cooking six boiled eggs and found the whole process very simple and once cooked the buzzer sounded and the result was perfect, I wanted to test poached eggs as it’s a favourite of mine in the mornings, I coated the poaching tray with a thin layer of butter and these came out exactly as I like them and with a slight adjustment on the water quantity it’s very easy to make them firmer or more runny depending on your preferences.
The egg cooker is really compact and takes up very little room in the kitchen with the parts being easy to wash and clean, I have added a video and will also add some pictures showing unboxing, the process of cooking six boiled eggs and then cooking two poached eggs.
