Virhuck Kids First Ride Children Tricycle Review

My youngest daughter is coming up to 3 years old and someone had decided to steal her old trike out of the garden shed along with numerous other items :( she was devastated so I wanted to get her another one but didn’t want to spend a fortune on it as I expect to move her up to a small two wheel bike in the next year so this looked ideal.

It arrived in a medium sized brown box with simple leaflet on how to assemble, the assembly only took a couple of minutes start to finish, everything slotted in easily with no screwdrivers or spanners needed, my daughter has been running round on it nonstop every day since I put it together, it’s lightweight but I found it to be very sturdy as my daughter crashes and bangs her way round the garden or on the path outside so apart from the normal scrapes and scratches I would expect from that there is no damage or broken bits.

I have added a video and will also add some pictures showing the unboxing and assembly with my daughter eagerly trying to assist me and riding it as soon as it was ready.

Overall it was easy to assemble, has a good solid base so not easy to tip over and she has yet to fall off it, my daughter loves the basket at the back which she uses to collect things and take her Peppa Pig collection for a road trip, it’s a reasonable price for me as a replacement for a very expensive trike and my daughter is more than happy with it so it fits all my daughters needs and me expectations so we are both happy and I given it full marks.

Virhuck 1:32 Scale Remote Control Rc Monster Truck Review

Fast fun and mad little monster truck, this arrived in a brown branded flip lid box with everything inside being solidly held down with wrap ties, the controller takes two AA batteries (not included) and you will need a small Philips head screwdriver to open the holding screw for the battery compartment, the instructions are all in English and very easy to follow if even needed.

After opening it all up and fitting some batteries in the controller I gave it a try out, it’s very fast for a small truck and the turning control works well even being able to get it to slid on a turn at speed to get a quick turnaround, I gave it a good run around even setting up a few jumps which it whizzed over no problem.

I found it to be very robust and no matter how many rolls and bumps it had there isn’t any damage, it’s very simple to remove the top from the monster truck by just removing the two rubber holding clips should you wish to and charging is a breeze with the USB charging lead and socket in the underside of the truck, it ran for over eleven minutes on a single charge and had a fast recharge rate so no waiting around hours for the next monster truck session.

I have added a short video and will also add some pictures showing the unboxing, fitting the batteries, pairing up the truck and giving it a run around the floor finishing with a quick jump over some books, hopefully the quality won’t be too bad as I often find video’s degrade somewhat when uploaded through the Amazon optimisation system.

What I liked

- Very strong and holds up really well to jumps, rolls and bumps
- Simple quick charging system
- Fast reacting controls with a good steering system
- Good run time on a single charge
- Nice design, the truck looks great

What I Didn’t Like

- Nothing I can find, I would have liked a couple of spare quick release rubbers for the body should you lose one but that’s being very picky and I would reduce my overall score for something not included
